In addition to his service delivery roles, Mark is a well regarded global thought leader in governance, risk management and assurance, and has served on or advised the Board of Directors of a number of significant Australian organisations and global professional bodies.

Kim is Sententia Consulting’s Chief Operating Officer. She is an experienced financial management consultant with over 25 years’ experience specialising in the provision of accounting and financial management services to small to medium enterprises, not for profit entities and public sector entities. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant working across mining, hospitality, and retail sectors as well as undertaking fraud investigations. Since leaving practice she has specialised in financial management and change management roles that have focused on finance process and technology change as well as statutory reporting. She has undertaken a number of policy and procedural reviews and worked with a large number of organisations to improve their core financial operations. In addition to consulting positions, Kim has held high-level financial roles across a number of not for profit organisations including CFO for a national cultural facility.

Brioni is a Principal Consultant with over 25 years working within government and 14 years’ experience in project and programme management, particularly focussing on business performance and improvement. She has worked extensively with a diverse range of clients in both the public and private sector, in areas such as change management, cultural transformation, workforce planning, organisational development, human resources, business continuity management and crisis response. Brioni works collaboratively with all team members, internally and with clients to support the development and implementation of high-quality reports and business cases and leverages exceptional communication skills to lead others to achieve high quality outcomes. She is known for her extensive stakeholder engagement experience, highly developed negotiation skills and an ability to influence decisions and direction. Brioni has a research and analysis background, working as a forestry scientist for the CSIRO. She uses these skills extensively on engagements.

Jo is a Principal Consultant with more than 20 years’ experience working across executive, service delivery and corporate functions with the public service, through which she has gained unique experience and a strong understanding of the work of Federal and State Government. Throughout her career she has built high performance, modern internal audit functions with work programs supporting continual improvement and best practice. She has also worked extensively in the audit space on performance and compliance reviews, covering topics including compliance frameworks, data usage, record-keeping, contract management, legislative compliance, and asset management. Both at and outside of work she has a passion for health and wellbeing and is a qualified yoga teacher and wellness coach.

Josie is a Principal Consultant with Sententia and has over 20 years of experience in providing internal audit, consulting, risk management and financial statement audit services to Commonwealth, State and Local government organisations. Her extensive knowledge of the workings of government, coupled with her broad experience in both internal and financial statement audit allows her to provide her clients with useful insights, practical recommendations and knowledge about emerging issues. Josie is passionate about collaborating with her team and working alongside her clients in partnership. She is committed to actively listens to her clients to understand their needs and is agile in her approach. In her personal life, Josie is busy running around and spending time with her two beautiful girls and helping her husband run their family business, Jolt Games and Zero Latency VR Canberra.

Fleur is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience as a Project, Program, Portfolio and PMO Leader, delivering Digital driven transformational projects for government and commercial clients. Her track record of delivering successful outcomes and ensuring high client satisfaction within complex environments is a testament to her expertise in program governance, stakeholder engagement, and overall program management. within multi-vendor environments. Fleur is CPPD certified and an active MAIPM professional, having served as a Councillor for the NSW Chapter of AIPM. Fleur was an active member in the PMO Community of Practice portfolio which allowed her to share her deep experience gained across public and private businesses with other PMO Practitioners.
