Overview and Scope

Sententia Consulting is committed to ethically and lawfully storing and using the information it collects and receives. This Privacy Policy is applied to the collection, storage, use and disclosure of information by or on behalf of Sententia Consulting (including by employees and those acting on our behalf). If we refuse your request or, or if we cannot provide the information you requested, Sententia Consulting will give written confirmation of the reasons of our refusal.

We will take reasonable steps to ensure that your personal information is accurate, complete, and up to date. If your information has changed, or you believe it to be incomplete, incorrect, or out-of-date, please let us know as soon as possible.

Complaints and Reporting

You will need to provide details of your complaint, as well as any supporting information and evidence.

We will promptly review all complaints and endeavour to respond within 10 working days. If the outcome is unsatisfactory, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner as shown on their website (https://www.oaic.gov.au/).
